I know I haven't posted in a while but I have an excuse. I got a Kindle for Christmas. Soooo dangerous. I got rid of the tv, but now I'm trapped in the Kindle. Though I must say this is a rather pleasant (if expensive) addiction.
Something that's helping me write today: putting down the Kindle for a few minutes.

OMG - my soul sister!! I too received a Kindle and I am officially obsessed. Cannot put it down. Bring it everywhere - my husband is a bit annoyed because I even cook while holding it when I used to chat with him! What are you reading? I dowloaded a bunch of books and can't stop - I need a group.

We are a soul trio! I bought a Kindle before the holidays! Very scary. Two clicks and your book pops onto your Kindle. TWO. CLICKS. I got an e-mail telling me my Kindle had shipped and I could order books while it was in transit. Click. Click. (Repeat four times.) And I had five, yes FIVE books waiting for me when I opened my Amazon box. LOVE IT!!! Now I must admit, I have yet to read most of the books on my Kindle (I think there are eight or nine on there now.) But I like to know they are there when I'm ready. And I love to know that when there's a book I must have ASAP...I can. Click. Click!!! Ahhh, the marvels of modern technology!

I had been using my daughter's Kindle, but I can never seem to get it turned off properly and the battery always runs out, lol.
But it is a very cool device and it's scary how easy it is to buy a book on a whim.
Did it last night as a matter of fact! And read the whole thing afore I went to bed.
Enjoy!
